Project Torque Fun online Racing game

What was the biggest challenge you faced when building your machine and how did you overcome it?
Wire management. I didn’t go with a modular power supply and had tons of extra cables everywhere. I took my time and laid all the cables out I needed, twist tied the ones I didn’t and tucked them away, and then routed the cables I was using for good airflow and looks.

What advice would you give a first time system builder?
Don’t buy cheap parts! Go ahead and spend some money or you will end up regretting it if you don’t. Do your research to for any questions you have. The answers are out there; just have to look hard enough.

When do you plan on building your next system and what are your plans for that system?
Plan on getting a q9650next month but am waiting for the next batch of i7s to come out and the new series of GPUs. :]
