Saving Your Game Profiles - Is there anything I need to do?

Hey Mike,

I was wondering if my SLI profiles will get wiped out when I upgrade to a new driver? If so, how can I export my current settings?

I have done a lot of tweaking to games I play and I really don't want to redo these again.

Also, even if the profiles don't get wiped out during a new driver install...is it possible to save a file so that I can re-implement my profiles if I have to do a format on my raid? This is really my major concern because I do plan on formatting this month to change my stripe size on the raid.

Thanks!
Andre

MMMAndre, this is a great question for the advanced users out there. First of all you don't need to worry about your profiles when you update your driver. You previous changes/additions will be saved when you install your follow-on driver.

For the advanced users, the following file contains the profiles and can be transferred to a new computer or saved if you are modding your current system: nvapps.xml

Good luck on your modding!

-MMM
