NVIDIA has released version 186.18 WHQL certified drivers for Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.

SLI Antialiasing is now available under both Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7
Multi-Monitor support for 2-way SLI: Windows Vista and Windows 7 users can now connect multiple displays to different graphics cards in the same SLI group when not in clone mode.

Ambient Occlusion setting (new in the Manage 3D Settings page for Windows Vista and Windows 7): Ambient occlusion enhances depth perception and adds realism to 3D scenes by providing a soft shadow effect to objects based on their placement in the scene.
