NVIDIA SLI application Profiles using Coolbits*:
In the initial release of NVIDIA SLI, application profiles set the SLI rendering mode for a list of games that had been reviewed by NVIDIA QA and performance labs.
The SLI community requested the ability to edit and create SLI application profiles on their own.
To answer the needs of the community, NVIDIA is presenting this quick how to application profile guide. You can easily create a new SLI Application profile or modify an existing one by using Coolbits*. In addition, two new rendering modes are now available: Auto-select and AlternateFrame Rendering 2.
In future driver releases, look for SLI technology improvements such as an auto SLI application profile installer and improved control panel interfaces.
